Fees and Rates*

(Effective July 1, 2022)

Systems Technician – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday – $150 / hour
Systems Engineer – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday – $180 / hour
5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday – 1.5 x normal rate
7:00 pm to 8:00 am, Monday to Friday – 2.0 x normal rate
Any time Saturday and Sunday – 2.0 x normal rate

Web Development – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday – $150 / hour

After hours support

Unless you have a support agreement in place with Quadtech that indicates other, Quadtech maintains an after-hours support facility on a ‘best effort’ basis.
All ‘out of hours’ support requests will incur a minimum 2 hour charge, billed thereafter in 15 minute increments. Standard After Hours Rates are applied. Activating this emergency after hours service will also incur a $200 fee.
The process for accessing after-hours support is:

If you agree to proceed,  you will be provided with a 3 digit pin number to activate the emergency after hours support service, and be transferred to the on call engineer.
